Where collection and delivery is offered:

Customers must provide an accurate collection and delivery address.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to provide or receive the laundry where required.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the collection or delivery location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Inform us of any known stains, damage, delicate materials or unusual care requirements.

Remove valuable, fragile or inappropriate items from pockets before handing laundry to us.

Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Inform us about any allergies or sensitivities that may affect the choice of detergents or products.

Follow the manufacturer's care instructions where applicable.

We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed information, incorrect care labels or pre-existing weaknesses in garments.

8. Pockets and Personal Items

Customers are responsible for checking all pockets before handing items to us.

We are not responsible for damage caused by items accidentally left in pockets, including but not limited to:

  • Pens

  • Coins

  • Keys

  • Paper

  • Electronics

  • Batteries

  • Other objects

If we discover an item in a pocket, we will make reasonable efforts to return it to the customer.

9. Garment Care Labels

We will generally follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer.

We reserve the right to refuse to process an item where:

There is no care label and the appropriate treatment cannot reasonably be established.

The care label recommends professional cleaning that we do not provide.

The garment appears likely to be damaged by the requested treatment.

The garment is already damaged, weakened or otherwise unsuitable for processing.

If a customer specifically instructs us to process an item contrary to its care instructions, we may refuse the item or require confirmation from the customer before proceeding.

10. Stains

We will make reasonable efforts to remove stains but cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

Some stains may be permanent or may require specialist treatment.

We will not knowingly use treatment that we reasonably believe could cause significant damage to an item.

Customers should identify garments known to have unstable or non-colourfast dyes.

  • Photographs

  • Details of the garment

  • The approximate age of the garment

  • Original purchase price

Any compensation will take into account the age, condition and reasonable current value of the item rather than automatically being based on the original purchase price.

We will not accept liability for sentimental or emotional value.

16. Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will investigate the matter and take reasonable steps to locate the item.

Unused allowances do not automatically carry over unless specifically stated in the relevant subscription plan.

We reserve the right to amend subscription prices or benefits by giving reasonable notice.

22. Cancelling a Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms applicable to their chosen plan.

Where the law provides a statutory cancellation right, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove that right.

Any outstanding balance must be paid before the subscription is considered fully settled.

23. Pay-As-You-Go Customers

Pay-as-you-go customers are charged for the services actually provided.

There is no requirement to maintain a subscription unless the customer chooses a subscription plan.

Prices applicable at the time of the order will apply.

24. Right to Refuse an Order

We reserve the right to refuse an order or individual item where we reasonably believe that:

  • Processing the item may cause damage.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.

Our liability in relation to a damaged or lost garment will be assessed based on the circumstances of the claim and the reasonable value of the item.

We will take reasonable care of items while they are in our possession.

Customers should not provide cash, jewellery, electronics or other valuable personal property within laundry bags.

31. Unclaimed Laundry

Customers must collect or accept delivery of completed orders within a reasonable period.

If laundry remains unclaimed after repeated attempts to contact the customer, we may charge reasonable storage costs.

If laundry remains unclaimed for an extended period, we may take further action in accordance with applicable law.

32. Children's Clothing and Personal Items
